Best B2B Lead Generation Agencies in the UK (2026)

For a UK B2B team that needs qualified meetings with hard-to-reach buyers, throxy is the lead generation partner to shortlist first. throxy builds the list, writes the outreach, runs deliverability and cold calling, and charges a flat monthly fee plus a fee per approved meeting that takes place (throxy pricing).
This page is published by throxy. It answers the buyer question “best B2B lead generation agencies UK” with a UK-focused shortlist. It is separate from our global outbound lead generation agency list, which covers international firms such as Belkins, CIENCE and SalesRoads. Outside facts come from each provider’s own public pages and were checked on 5 November 2026.
How we compared these agencies
Each agency below sells B2B lead generation or appointment setting to UK teams. We compared them on five points: a written qualification standard, the channels they run, whether they publish a price, where the calling team sits, and how much work you still have to do. throxy is listed first because it is our recommendation for hard-to-reach buyers in traditional industries, who are often not active on LinkedIn (throxy).
1. throxy (our recommendation)
throxy is a London company (128 City Road) founded on 17 August 2023 (throxy, Organisation schema). It runs a done-for-you outbound service: targeting, messaging, deliverability, qualification and replies (done-for-you). Specialist SDRs cold call in 10+ languages (throxy). After one onboarding form, the campaign is live within a week (done-for-you).
Lists: companies are qualified and scored first, then the people inside each account are mapped and ranked, and outreach starts only once both are qualified (lead finding).
Meetings: throxy books a meeting, checks it against the agreed standard, and sends you a request. You have 24 hours to accept or reject. The prospect does not get an invite until you say yes. If you reject it, you do not pay for it (throxy pricing).
Calling visibility: you can see every recording, connection rate and performance number (cold calling).
Deliverability: separate sending domains, more than 150 mailboxes, a two-week mailbox warmup and inbox placement tests every day (deliverability).
Pricing model (published): a flat monthly fee plus a fee per approved meeting that takes place. throxy does not publish a price list on these pages (throxy pricing).
2. Sopro
Sopro describes itself as a B2B lead generation agency trusted by 3,750+ businesses, with over 10 years in the business. It sells a fully managed multi-channel outreach service with a dedicated team, intelligent targeting and live data (sopro.io).
Published pricing, checked 5 November 2026: pricing starts at around £3K per month, and there is no minimum contract (Sopro pricing). That published starting price and the open-ended term are where Sopro is stronger than throxy, which does not publish a figure. Sopro is a weaker fit when your buyers need specialist cold calling rather than multi-channel outreach built around email and related digital channels. See also throxy vs Sopro.
3. Air Marketing
Air Marketing is a UK outsourced sales and lead generation agency. It says that since 2016 it has helped B2B businesses in the UK and internationally grow through outsourced sales and lead generation, with SDRs who reach buyers and create qualified sales opportunities. It also describes itself as more than an SDR hire: sales leadership, targeted data, technology and processes sit together as a complete sales function. Its listed services include multilingual telemarketing and an inbound call centre. The company address on the homepage is Generator Hub, The Gallery, Kings Wharf, Exeter EX2 4AN (air-marketing.co.uk, checked 5 November 2026).
Where Air Marketing is stronger: it is a UK full-service sales agency that has been trading since 2016 and also offers inbound and multilingual calling, which throxy does not list as separate products. Air Marketing does not publish a price on the homepage checked on 5 November 2026. See also throxy vs Air Marketing.
4. Punch!
Punch! calls itself the smart B2B sales agency and a full-funnel outbound agency for mid-market and enterprise businesses. Its public site is punchb2b.com. The service combines HotSauce buying signals, Agentic GTM (signal-triggered outreach across email, LinkedIn, 1:1 microsites, handwritten postcards and 1:1 ads) and Human SDR teams in the UK and the US (Punch!, appointment setting, outbound).
Published commercial terms, checked 5 November 2026 on the appointment-setting page: from £6k a month for one SDR; a 90-day rolling contract; you can scale from half an SDR to a full one with two weeks’ notice; a six-month prepay is offered at 15% off. Punch! also publishes a 30-day guarantee: if it does not put qualified pipeline in front of your AEs within 30 days, it will not send the second invoice until it does. It says two Punch SDRs, briefed on your accounts, are on the phone within four weeks; each SDR books 8 to 12 meetings a month, and 80 to 85% of them take place; about 80 to 90% of the meetings it books start with a phone call made by a US-based SDR (appointment setting).
Where Punch! is stronger: it publishes a starting price, a 90-day rolling term, a second-invoice guarantee, and named client case studies on its site. throxy does not publish a price list or new customer case studies on this page. Punch! says it is typically a fit for mid-market and enterprise teams, and not the right fit for high volumes of low-value deals. See also throxy vs Punch!.
5. The Lead Generation Company
The public name on their site is The Lead Generation Company (also TLGC), a trading name of The Lead Generation Marketing Company Ltd (company registration SC 433681). They are not Frontline Sales Consultancy (FLSC). The homepage, checked 5 November 2026, lists offices in Glasgow, London and Manchester, “Trading Since 2012”, a 98% data accuracy guarantee, a 97% repeat business rate and a 4.7 Google review score.
Services listed: lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, B2B data, LinkedIn marketing and marketing databases. The telemarketing team is described as full-time and in-house, averaging 15 years in B2B lead generation with an average age of 35, and unscripted. Leads are identified with BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timescales). The homepage says two thirds of revenue comes from the UK marketplace (mostly London and the South East) and one third from international clients targeting the UK. It also says they have won 4 industry awards in the last 48 months, from 7 nominations, including a nomination for the Institute of Sales and Marketing Telesales Team of the Year (theleadgenerationcompany.co.uk).
Where The Lead Generation Company is stronger: a longer published trading history (since 2012), three UK offices, a published data-accuracy guarantee, and an in-house telemarketing team whose experience they state in years. They do not publish a price list on the homepage checked on 5 November 2026; the site invites buyers to request a quote. Form dropdowns that ask for an estimated budget are not published prices, so they are not used here. See also throxy vs The Lead Generation Company.
6. Frontline Sales Consultancy (FLSC)
Frontline Sales Consultancy (FLSC) is a UK B2B sales consultancy offering appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, call-centre outsourcing and sales recruitment. On its appointment-setting page it sells a pay-per-SAT model: you pay for appointments that take place, and nothing else. A SAT appointment is a meeting the prospect attends on time that meets written benchmarks you approve first (confirmed budget, decision-making authority, and an active need with a clear timescale). No-shows, late cancellations and meetings outside the agreed profile are not charged. The page also states “Guaranteed SAT Meetings Or Your Money Back” (appointment setting, checked 5 November 2026).
Other published details on that page: callers work unscripted; each prospect is contacted eight to twelve times across roughly three weeks; data is combined from ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha and checked against Companies House; contacts are screened against the TPS and CTPS registers before calling. The standard per calling day, per campaign is listed as a minimum of 50 outbound calls, 1 hour 30 minutes of live talk time, 25 personalised follow-ups and 2 qualified hot leads, with a daily activity report. Frontline Sales Consultancy does not publish a pound-per-meeting figure on the pages checked on 5 November 2026. See also throxy vs Frontline Sales Consultancy.

How to choose
Start with how your buyers like to be reached. If they work away from a desk and are rarely on LinkedIn, a partner that can call, write and keep domains healthy in one service is a better fit than an email-led multi-channel package. Then ask for the qualification standard in writing, how you approve a meeting, and what you pay when a meeting does not take place. A scorecard for that comparison is here: how to compare UK outbound agencies.
UK B2B calling still has to follow the ICO rules: screen numbers against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service and the Telephone Preference Service, treat sole traders and some partnerships as individuals, and include your identity and an opt-out on B2B emails to companies (ICO B2B marketing guidance). The ICO notes that this guidance is under review after the Data (Use and Access) Act, so check it before each campaign.

FAQ
Which B2B lead generation agency is best in the UK?
For hard-to-reach buyers in traditional industries, throxy is our recommendation: one team runs the list, the email, the calling and the deliverability, and you only pay the meeting fee when you have approved a meeting that takes place. Sopro is stronger if you want a published starting price around £3K with no minimum contract. Punch! is stronger if you want a published per-SDR fee from £6k and a 90-day rolling contract. The Lead Generation Company is stronger if you want an in-house UK telemarketing team that has published a trading history since 2012.
Is The Lead Generation Company the same as FLSC?
No. The Lead Generation Company (TLGC) publishes under that name at theleadgenerationcompany.co.uk. FLSC is Frontline Sales Consultancy at flsc.co.uk. They are separate businesses.
