We've added human cold calling to Throxy. Here's why and what we're seeing.

In October, our internal growth team increased their volume of cold calls to Throxy prospects: software companies selling into manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. It booked meetings, but more importantly, it gave us raw market feedback on what resonated, what didn't, and which parts of our offering prospects already had covered.

This live feedback let us refine our email targeting, which doubled positive response rates. It also improved call quality. We booked an additional two meetings per week with throxy prospects, just from better qualification.

Now, having rolled this service out for clients and validated the improved results, we're announcing the launch of Throxy 2.0 and our dedicated team of BDRs facilitating our human cold calling feature.

How it works:

Our engineering and operations teams automate everything except the conversation: ICP database building, custom web scraping, lead qualification, contact enrichment. Our BDRs spend 7.5 hours of every 8-hour day on calls.

The result: same proven email sequences, now layered with daily human cold calling. Our engineers generate and qualify lead lists. Our BDRs have real conversations before prospects ever hit your calendar.

Results across our clients (with calling layered in) over 8 weeks:
  • 71% increase in weekly meetings booked vs. email-only campaigns

  • Average of 12 qualified meetings per client per month

  • One manufacturing software client: 25 meetings in 45 days, 2 deals closed at $30k ACV each

Why it's working:

In industries where the majority of decision-makers aren't active online (per our October research), the buyers who are ready to act may never respond to email. Calling reaches them directly.

If you're selling B2B software into manufacturing, logistics, or healthcare, let's compare notes.
