  • Title: We use your title to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store this information so you do not have to enter it every time you generate an email.

  • Company: We use company to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store this information so you do not have to enter it every time you generate an email.

  • Unique Selling Proposition (USP) (if provided by the user): We use the USP to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store this information so you do not have to enter it every time you generate an email.

  • Company description (if provided by the user): We use your company description to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store this information, so you do not have to enter it every time you generate an email.

  • Social Proof (if provided by the user): We use your social proof to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store this information, so you do not have to enter it every time you generate an email.

  • Partners(if provided by the user): We use your current partners to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store this information, so you do not have to enter it every time you generate an email.


1.2 Import Leads:

We store any email instruction manually saved by the user for future use and user convenience.
We store all emails manually saved via the “save email” feature into Import Leads.

1.3 Individual Outreach:

We store only the matched columns from any .csv file uploaded by the user. This data is used to personalize the email content by providing additional context to the AI. We store all emails generated in the Import Leads tab.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information collected to:

  • Give additional context to OpenAI’s API for generating personalized and relevant emails to your prospects.

  • Improve our services and enhance user experience.

  • Facilitate communication and respond to inquiries or requests.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and conditions.


3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information with the following third-party sub-processors to provide our services:

  1. 1. Google API Services: Use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  2. 2. Firebase: We use firebase to provide authentication and store the aforementioned information.

  3. 3. OpenAI: We use OpenAI's AI capabilities to process and generate personalized emails. Any data on the user profile information (as described above) and the prospect information (name, company, title, additional notes, language, email instructions and length) is shared with the AI models for email generation.

  4. 4. Calendly: If users choose to contact us through Calendly, this sub-processor enables scheduling and coordination of meetings or calls.

  5. 5. Papa Parse: We employ Papa parse as a sub-processor to facilitate the processing of .csv files uploaded by users. (*)

  6. 6. Stripe: For payment processing purposes, we engage with Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor.


4. HOW WE TRANSFER, STORE, AND PROTECT YOUR DATA
